79th Independence Day

Carmel Convent High School hosted the 79th Independence Day in the school campus. The program was started by 8.40am with a welcome by students and with a guard of honour. The Chief Guest for the same were Mrs Bhavana Muralidhar, Ex carmalite and Sr Mira (Manager of all Institution). The Chief Guest hoisted the national flag. There were a variety of programs on Indian soldiers' struggle, patriot dances and songs were presented by various institutions. A glorious programme was put up by all with a heart felt patriotism.
