The entire school and the classrooms were decorated in preparation for the feast of our Lady of Mount Carmel, the patroness of our school. A solemn Holy Mass was celebrated in the school prayer room. Fr Prasanna, OFM, was the celebrant. This was followed by a cultural programme which included a skit based on the appearance of Mother Mary to St. Simon Stock. The programme also has songs and dances to celebrate the joyous occasion. The SSLC toppers and the meritorious students of Std 8th and 9th were honoured during the function. Fr Prasanna OFM, the Chief Guest and Sr Maria Sujatha, Superior of Lourdes Convent and the Local Manager of all the institutions on the campus gave away the prizes. This was followed by a sumptuous lunch.
